Estimate Manufactured Job Entry - Sort

Use the options under the SORT menu to change the order in which the lines on the Estimate Manufactured Job Entry screen are displayed and printed in reports. By default, the lines are displayed in the order in which they were added.

1. Display the Estimate Manufactured Job Entry screen.

Refer to "Managing Manufactured Estimates".

2. Select SORT then select one of the following options:

• STAGE - sort the estimate lines according to job stage
• ITEM / LABOUR- sort the estimate lines by item or labour ID
• SUPPLIER - sort the estimate lines by supplier ID
• CATEGORY - sort the estimate lines by category.

Micronet redisplays the Estimate Manufactured Job Entry screen with the estimate lines sorted in the selected order.
